Community

Whether as teachers, educators, writers, or anything else, we work within communities, and we work for communities. The word service is truly apt for the work we do for each other, even if it’s something as simple as serving on a university committee. In the end, we work for the benefit and service of those within our community. As such, I have worked both within the university setting and beyond to learn more, give more, and do more for the people in my communities, and I hope to do even more as I grow across every dimension of my work.
